The right candidate is a hunter who will join our team with prior experience selling a software solution in to the healthcare industry. What you'll do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of target buying personas, solution offering, and competitive landscape

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new opportunities

  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline

  • Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple buyers within an organization

  • Develop and manage a sales forecast & pipeline in order to exceed annual quotas and goals

  • Actively manage daily responsibilities to develop one’s territory such as cold calls, appointments, sales presentations, and proposals while demonstrating excellent time management skills

    Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of quota carrying software sales experience

  • Experience selling into Communication, Compliance, Security, Business Continuity, HR, IT Services, Emergency Preparedness Buyers

  • Experience selling into the healthcare sector, strongly preferred

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • About 15% domestic travel

  • Formal sales training program (Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN selling, etc.)

  • Proficiency with, Microsoft Office, and Web Demonstration tools

  • Public speaking/presentation experience
