TTEC Segment Marketing Manager - Healthcare in United States

Segment Marketing Manager, Healthcare Specialist TTEC is a trusted partner for healthcare and life sciences CX leaders in their efforts to improve and deliver services to patients, members and consumers. The Marketing team is seeking a dedicated marketer to work closely with our healthcare sales and marketing teams, and to partner internally and externally across several organizations, to drive highly-targeted, marketing programs and engagement to create and build relationships across influencers who individuals who influence decisions in process, policy and technology. This person should have a solid understanding of:

  • integrated product marketing

  • advertising

  • events and sponsorships management

  • marketing research

  • performance reporting

  • digital marketing

  • client-centric marketing

  • internal communications

This is a highly cross-functional role, involving close collaboration with demand generation, marketing communications, corporate communications, sales, and product. What you'll be doing: Planning & Strategy

  • Develop value propositions, messaging and positioning for our family of care, customer service, growth, and digital products/solutions

  • Contribute market, audience and competitive insights that help clarify segment, product direction and GTM business strategy.

  • Support the drive of portfolio strategy through a cross-functional team of operations, sales, marketing, and consulting.

  • Support the creation of product marketing strategy (positioning, value-prop, messaging framework, content and distribution architecture) in partnership with internal teams and leadership.

  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns.

  • Support in creation of sales enablement tools and resources

  • Be an agent of market insight within the company. Keep abreast of channel / industry news, partner ecosystem business models, competitive landscape and beyond.

  • Update reporting for ROI effectiveness of all assigned marketing programs, track results and provide recommendations to optimize programs

Execution, Programs & Systems

  • Use your Marketing craft to turn strategy into succinct, evocative content BOM that engages the audience, changes perceptions and accelerates purchase.

  • Assist in Planning and producing a variety of content, including but not limited to product marketing content, sales enablement, TCO/ROI aids, channel-to-customer content, competitor battlecards and case studies

  • Earn trust with and support the TTEC sales organization in effective usage of sales assets

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and external teams to support brand and sales success at key events and industry conferences

  • Support Lead product evangelism efforts to help raise awareness across the industry, analysts and influencer communities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for all products and product marketing strategies, to ensure consistent messaging and ongoing education.

  • Partner with the sales team to help identify, develop and close new business by empowering them with the right tools and collateral throughout the sales cycle.

  • Ensure product messaging consistency across all marketing vehicles, internal and external; lead, develop and implementation of field training programs to drive messaging awareness.

  • Ensure that all appropriate product and marketing information is communicated in a timely manner to customer, sales teams and other internal groups.

  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.

  • Drive near flawless marketing execution, implementing methods for measurement to track progress and success.

  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

We’re Excited About You If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of B2B Services and Technology experience with 3+ years of experience marketing to healthcare organizations, relationship and executive programs

  • You have a proficient understanding of the healthcare system (payers/providers/PBMs/medical devices) and its key players/personas

  • You have a track record of development and execution of creative, innovative strategies to meet objectives - both short and long-term

  • You are a disruptor and bring new ideas to the team

  • You excel in conceptual strategy and execution while ready to roll-up-your-sleeves

  • You’re able to see the bigger picture and understand relationships between complex issues when problem solving

  • You're an analytical decision-maker who also knows when to trust their instincts to innovative ways to ensure all goals are met

  • You have experience leading and influencing across diverse groups, communicating goals, plans and strategy across all channels

  • You’re a polished yet scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects at a time and drive them to completion effectively in a high energy, dynamic company environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $71,000 - $118,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
