This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Provide consultation to Consumer Healthcare stakeholders on Digital & Tech investments and value-add activities to identify market tactics in alignment and support of Business Unit strategic initiatives;
Work closely with the Consumer Healthcare areas to understand and ensure market requirements, expectations and opportunities are identified;
Drive the data and analytics agenda, and manage digital initiatives;
Work and manage with the global team to plan and harmonize global technology, digital systems and platforms to ensure successful and timely deployment of all digital and technology projects on the market;
Ensure that Digital & Tech's budget and funding are clearly defined to solicit endorsement from all stakeholders at the right level;
Understand the market environment and identify specific business needs that could not be met by global products, design, plan and implement local products / platforms to support the rapid growth of the market;
Understand the business market and user needs to bring to core teams;
Contribute to a Business Unit and market transformation to a modern, agile digital, technological infrastructure and application structure;
Ensure Customer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken in the area like CTO’s (Technology Office) Service level and resourcing;
Initiate and define third party service level agreement, measurement on quality and apply centralized service management platform ServiceNow to improve service management efficiency and standardization;
Analyze, define and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement. Develop a clear understanding of the core entities and accountabilities within the process.
Our Tech Area characterizes by being responsible for the provision of Digital & Tech products adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation and innovation to the Markets. The Tech Senior Partner will act as the first point of contact for key market stakeholders and will use though leadership to drive the definition of the market technology roadmap.
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor degree or above in Digital, Tech, Computer Science or business administration;
Experience in Tech/Digital leadership (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry, Consumer Goods or similar);
Experience in Program and project Management across geographies and areas;
Fluent English and Portuguese; Ideally Spanish basic.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and people management skills;
