For this role, you will be expected to be located in Poland,Turkey or Czechiaand be responsible for CEMA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa) Region.

A Day in Life

In VA, Training Manager-HCP Patient Trainings are extremely important as you will lead the development of virtual TE platforms to connect Health Care Professionals (HCP) with Medtronic to educate them on both new and existing technologies and patients where applicable for appropriate use of technologies. You will be working in collaboration with other departments in order to develop online platforms, designing online TE content and ultimately create value through integrated, seamless experience to meet our customers/stakeholders educational expectations and demands. In this role, you will independently develop solutions, execute plans and interact cross-functionally to accomplish objectives, with only high-level guidance. You will;

Understand and define gaps and needs in HCP and Patient training across the board in CEMA.

Be reponsible for all instructional design works within the respective region and targeted audience.

Work in collaboration with Strategic Market Enterprise (SME) HCP training team and relevant project groups in EMEA Region to determine digitalization gaps and needs in TE within CEMA Region.

Set virtual TE strategy and objectives and progress towards regional virtual TE goals.

Work in collaboration with Digital Program and Solutions Manager, develop online TE platforms, design online content with ease of access for efficient delivery.

Support provision of innovative/engaging online curriculum to be implemented on various therapeutic areas accordingly.

Define and measure KPIs and success of trainings, interpret data and re-evaluate and upgrade virtual TE delivery and methods if necessary.

Prepare and present reports on training programs and KPIs.

Manage relations/services with external vendors if required.

Must Haves

Bachelors degree in training, education, HR or related fields.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in designing training programs and workshops and proven ability to lead a full training cycle within a geography.

Excellent analytic skills with strategic and creative mindset.

Instructional design experience in TE.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Independent decision-making, critical thinking with innovative problem solving skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.

Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

Experience in working in a virtual TE environment and development of online solutions.
