KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
Manage healthcare policies, project governance, and implementation of Medicare and/or Medicaid programs
Remain current on health policy landscape and trends to generate forward-looking, actionable insights
Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal response
A minimum of five years of federal healthcare policy experience
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or related field
Experience / specialized expertise in healthcare policies, governance, and Medicare and/or Medicaid programs
Experience directing and managing collaborative, team-based projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
