Actalent Project Manager - Healthcare in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description:

Our client is the #1 AEC firm in the entire world, and has won numerous awards each and every year for the past 25 years in this space. They are recognized as the "bar-setter" in the AEC industry. They employ over 50k employees worldwide, all of whom are excellent. Currently. their healthcare team is experiencing some long-term growth, and has won multiple new long-term projects (some expected, some unexpected) at the same time, and needs some help. They do not currently have the internal resources to fill this position, and don't have full time recruiting dedicated to the healthcare team yet.

They need 3-4 PM's in Total, and at least 1 Quality Control Manager as well. They only do commercial interior work 100% of the time. The main client they will be supporting is Children's National Hospital in DC, and all of the work being completed will be interiors work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 years of Project Management experience within construction doing scheduling, budgeting, and managing construction projects.

  2. 2+ years of experience within healthcare construction

  3. Strong interiors experience (base build is not relevant or helpful at all because they only do interiors from 100k - $15 million)
