We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Recruiter position supporting Shady Grove Fertility. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours. This is an exempt position. Remote work is an option!
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Recruiter is responsible for:
Performs life cycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional and administrative positions
Screens, interviews, assesses and recruits job applicants to fill positions within time-to-fill and other strategic recruitment goals
Ensures strategic hiring process is followed and only candidates who fulfill the SGF values
Sources top talent to build a pipeline of this key candidates for current and future needs
Develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies, members of the Shady Grove Fertility Management Team, and professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral
Develop pool of well-qualified candidates for evaluation by researching appropriate recruitment resources and create, update, and post ads using a variety of media resources
Leverages technology and tools to drive process efficiencies
Assist with the evaluation and analysis of strategic recruitment results
Prepare reports on recruitment activity
Evaluate quality of the pool by surveying hiring manager
Collect, compile and analyze data on timeliness and cost effectiveness of recruitment process
Responsible for onboarding of new employees including the coordination and facilitation of the new hire orientation program
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Maintains current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding human resources
What You'll Bring:

Bachelors’ degree and 3-5 years of experience of experience in the HR field
Passionate about reaching candidates in new and innovative ways
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public
Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and to conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Ability to function as a team player
Interpersonal Skills: the ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks
Flexibility: must have demonstrated the ability to adapt to a variety of human resource issues with successful outcomes and demonstrate openness to new ideas and approaches
Supporting Diversity: must possess a strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment
PC/Technology Skills: The candidate must have a proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and presentation software
Judgment: must have demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
