Job Description Summary
The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Development Program (QRLP) is for high potential individuals seeking a career in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. QRLP consists of 3 eight-month business critical assignments within the Quality organization. Rotations may include: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Production & Process Controls, Complaint Handling, Corrective & Preventative Action, Product Safety Surveillance, Design Controls, Supplier Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
Successful completion of three rotations
Successful completion of all current graduation requirements, including coursework in areas such as: Presentation Skills, Delivering Customer Impact (DCI), LEAN and Change Acceleration Process (CAP)
Participation in 1 Capstone Project
End of rotation presentations
Qualifications/Requirements :
Master’s or graduate degree in engineering, science, biology, clinical research, health policy, health product regulation, public health, quality assurance or related field;
Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0
Geographic flexibility
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English (or local language)
Dedication to passion for quality compliance, product quality and patient safety
Other :
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, QualityManagement Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
