We currently have an opening for a Full time, Day Shift, Nurse Supervisor, to join our team of caring professionals.
Purpose of position: Provide, delegate, coordinate and evaluate care of patient through the collaborative efforts of team members and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice. Provide general nursing care in a facility. Function as the lead nurse on assigned shift. Responsible for staff assignments and/or direction of duties, tasks or projects. Provide professional and administrative leadership to staff. Accountable for the oversight of staffing performance. Supervisory responsibility for assigning staff according to education and ability.

Education: Minimum of an Associates in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Two (2) plus years of nursing experience required. Nursing experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. One (1) year of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Licensures/Certification: Florida Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, current CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification (will provide training for CPI).
