ResponsibilitiesDue to the growth of our Healthcare practice, we are currently recruiting for a Cost Reporting Senior Consultant to work with our skilled nursing facility and hospital clients. Responsibilities: *Manage and implement multiple cost reporting and healthcare reimbursement/consulting projects through coordination, communication, and organization. *Work directly with clients analyzing and preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for skilled nursing facilities and/or hospitals. *Review and analyze complex financial statements and other client prepared documents and information in connection with the execution of projects. *Perform various benchmarking analyses for healthcare clients using proprietary and other industry related information. *Ensure that all projects are properly documented. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records. *Evaluate and establish strategy to analyze problems and provide workable solutions. *Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. Qualifications Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as accounting, business, finance, healthcare management, management information systems, or a related field. *3+ years of Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting preparation for Hospitals and/or skilled nursing facilities. *Technical competency as it relates to healthcare reimbursement matters. *Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. *Microsoft Suite/computer skills required. *Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required. *A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.
